About me

A path to wellness

My journey in health care began in 2008, when I started my bachelor’s degree in naturopathy in Brazil. During my studies, I discovered that my path was deeply aligned with caring for others and supporting people in their process of healing and self-awareness. After graduating, I specialized in acupuncture in 2012, a step that allowed me to deepen my clinical focus and connect more directly with the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient.

Since 2013, I have worked in clinical settings, providing intensive care in a variety of health clinics. Over the years, my work has focused on helping individuals feel empowered in their own health journeys—supporting them in cultivating balance, resilience, and a better quality of life. Building meaningful, trusting relationships with those I work with has always been at the heart of my practice.

Moving to the United States in 2018 marked an important turning point. While adapting to a new country and culture, I realized how much I missed being in clinical practice—listening to patients, supporting them, and walking alongside them in their healing process. That clarity led me, in 2022, to begin my master’s degree in Oriental Medicine, allowing me to continue my professional path through acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

In 2026, I became a Diplomate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM), and a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of Florida, reflecting years of dedicated study, clinical training, and professional development. This milestone represents my commitment to meeting rigorous educational standards and to practicing acupuncture and herbal medicine with integrity, competence, and respect for both tradition and contemporary clinical knowledge.

Today, my approach reflects the integration of my early training, complementary and integrative health perspectives, and the principles of Oriental Medicine. I value both tradition and evidence, and I strive to offer care that is thoughtful, patient-centered, and grounded in respect. If you feel called to explore this path together, I welcome you to reach out and discover how I may support you in restoring and revitalizing your body, mind, and emotional well-being.

Vision

Individualized care, attentive listening, and a comprehensive clinical perspective are central to my naturopathic approach. This philosophy emphasizes seeing each person as a whole rather than focusing on isolated symptoms. Through thoughtful observation, clinical insight, and compassionate communication, I aim to support each individual’s therapeutic needs using appropriate and evidence-informed integrative practices.

Mission

My mission is to support individuals in their journey toward physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I believe healing becomes possible when we reconnect with both our inner nature and the natural world around us, allowing ourselves to be open to new possibilities. My work is to guide and facilitate this reconnection through the use of natural and integrative healing practices.
